At Mydas Touch L.L.C., we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date.
• The deposit will be applied toward your total session balance.
• Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit and signed agreement are received.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit.
• If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion based on availability.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment before rebooking.
3. Refunds
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Mydas Touch L.L.C. must cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If we must cancel, clients may choose to receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
• No partial refunds will be issued for sessions shortened by the client’s late arrival or early departure.
4. Weather or Uncontrollable Circumstances
• Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions.
• Decisions regarding weather-related changes will be made in the best interest of the client’s comfort and photo quality.
5. Timeliness
• Please arrive on time to ensure your session runs smoothly.
• Sessions starting late due to client delay will end at the originally scheduled time.
